Can I put a post on a page rather than on the homepage? Just to say that I have discovered that you need to make sure that the input email address option is on, as well as moderating all the comments – and have a thick skin! Although most use students use the blog sensibly, and my Year 7s have been delighted at seeing their work on the internet, a few of the Year 8s used the opportunity to write comments on the blog to write all sorts of things that you wouldn’t want to share. Of course, they will realise that those comments don’t see the light of day, but it still came as a bit of a shock, reading some of the comments. I think this is where introducing the blog early on will help things! By this stage in the year I think some of the pupils are a bit jaded!

Hope everyone else’s blogs are coming on well – I have been particularly impressed by Tessa’s A Level blogs.
